CEMEX has a years of services awards program. Employees who achieve service years of 5,10,15 etc. will be acknowledged and receive a certificate and pin. How does direct billing benefit you?
In effort, to help employees reach their education goals, they may be eligible to participate in the Direct Bill Program. Direct Bill is a payment option in which the University of Phoenix sends the tuition invoice directly to CEMEX. The program aims to help reduce eligible candidates’ financial burdens.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counseling and referral service provided by Magellan Health Services. Trained specialists and professional counselors are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. They can help with managing stress, depression, alcohol or drug dependencies. Assistance is also provided with finding a day care or getting financial or legal help. CEMEX covers up to 8 in-person counseling sessions for employees and their dependents.
