Health Savings Account (HSA)
HSA is an individual tax-advantaged medical savings account available to employees who are enrolled in the Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP). CEMEX makes contributions to your HSA account.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
FSAs are available through Connect Your Care (CYC) and can help reduce your taxes by deducting a specific amount on your pre-tax pay for health care and dependent care expenses.
CEMEX offers two choices, basic or comprehensive coverages through Aetna. Both plans allow in- and out-of-network services.
Vision coverage is offered through the Aetna Vision Preferred Plan. This plan allows you the flexibility to choose from in- or out-of-network providers.
