Portland Type II - Gray

Product Description

A high quality Portland cement for concrete construction.

Uses/Applications

Used when moderate sulfate resistance or moderate heat of hydration is required.

Specifications

Conforms to the specifications of ASTM C150, Type II.

Complementary/Accessory Products

Any natural water that is potable is satisfactory as mixing water for making concrete.

Aggregate for concrete should be clean, free of chemicals, coatings of clay, or other fine materials that may affect the hydration and bond of the cement paste.

Product Technical Information

Type II Portland Cement is produced to comply with ASTM C150.
