Portland Type I - White
Product Description
A high quality cement that differs from regular Portland cement in color.
Uses/Applications
Primarily for architectural purposes, such as pre-cast curtain walls and facing panels, terrazzo surfaces, stucco, finish coat plasters, cement paint and decorative concrete.
Specifications
Conforms to the specifications of ASTM C150, Type I.
Complementary/Accessory Products
Any natural water that is potable is satisfactory as mixing water for making concrete.
Aggregate for concrete should be clean, free of chemicals, coatings of clay, or other fine materials that may affect the hydration and bond of the cement paste.
Product Technical Information
Curing that could cause stains must be avoided, and care must be taken to avoid stains from tools, equipment, and component materials.
Occupational Health Information
Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Wash affected areas with soap and water.
