Talent Development Program
CEMEX is recruiting exceptional talent with college degrees in:
  • Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Civil, Mining, and Electrical)
  • Business Administration or a related field
  • Construction Management
  • Concrete Industry Management
  • Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Other related college degrees
Talent Development Program
Talent Development Program candidate profile:
  • Education: 4 year college degree
  • 1-3 years of work experience (including internships, co-ops, part time jobs, and other work experience)
  • Overall G.P.A. of 2.75 or higher (G.P.A. should demonstrate improvement from first to last year)
  • Demonstrated capability of conducting hands on field work
  • Unlimited leadership potential
  • Willingness to relocate domestically
