As of January 2017 CEMEX has decided to bring back its service awards program. Employees who achieve service years of 5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45 etc. will be acknowledge and will be receiving an award. For those employees who reach a service year ending in zero (i.e. 10, 20, 30, 40, 50) have the opportunity to select a gift as a part of their accomplishment.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counseling and referral service provided by Magellan Health Services. Trained specialists and professional counselors are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. They can help with managing stress, depression, alcohol or drug dependencies. Assistance is also provided with finding a day care or getting financial or legal help. CEMEX covers up to 8 in-person counseling sessions for employees and their dependents.
