Our customers now have instant access to account information in one simple and easy-to-use format. You can view and print documents, including:

  • Invoices
  • Signed Bills of Lading
  • Credit & debit memos
  • Account statement
  • Reports on your CEMEX volume by product, delivery point and date

Suppliers

All new suppliers are required to fill the W-9 FORM in order to be set up as a CEMEX Vendor.

Instructions to fill the W-9 Form:

  1. Select W-9 link
  2. Complete form (See instructions on page 2)
  3. Submit using link (Send button)
  4. Print
  5. Sign and fax completed form to:

CEMEX USA now offers timely and relevant information to satisfy the business needs of our partners. If you are an active CEMEX supplier, you can use our web site to access the following account information:

  • Review the pre-invoice to ensure accuracy on your final invoice
  • Look up outstanding invoices
  • Review future payment forecast
  • Research payment history
